Inclement Weather
WHAT IF IT SNOWS ?
In snowy or icy weather, we will determine as soon as possible whether the office will be open for VT or if a change in hours is necessary. On these days, please call the office TWO HOURS before your scheduled time and listen for the message on the answering machine. If the office is open, but you feel that road conditions in your area are such that you do not want to come in, you can then schedule a make-up session as you normally would. If this is done you will not be charged the $25 missed appointment fee. If the office is closed, you will not be charged a fee, but you will need to reschedule your appointment if you wish to keep your attendance "string" alive.
